Is anyone a senco or experience of TAM meetings..

I've been made senco in my new job which I didn't even ask for 😭. I've literally been thrown in the deep end and have to lead a TAM meeting for child who with complex needs and EAL. I have never even been to a TAM meeting. Can anyone advise me how to chair one and how to support the family through it??
