My son has very severe anxiety which has seen him without education approaching two years
We are now in process of EHCP and he currently is banded as esmh priority but we are awaiting final results on ASD testing too
Local authority have named TBAP as their chosen provision
In county esmh

Bumping this for you Zoo. If you don't get any posts here, try SN chat or SN children as they tend to be busier.

As a side note, does the EHCP detail what a "relatively small" school is? It should. The majority of SS are relatively small in comparison to most MS secondaries. DS needs a small school even by SS standards.

Don't let the LA get away with not providing education whilst the placement is being sorted. No matter what they tell you it is their responsibility.

Transport for a suitable school won't be a problem Zoo, the LA will provide transport and DC tend to cope better than expected with it.

Links to SN Chat and SN Children. There's a few others including SN teens and SN education, but they aren't as busy as the first two. The SN boards are under Special Needs rather than Education.
