My daughter is a very bright dyslexic, dyscalculic, dsypraxic with some sensory processing, working memory, executive function issues and OKish social skills. Recently she received a draft EHCP and is currently in a dyslexia specialist primary. She is due to go to secondary in Sept 21 and the council is of the opinion that any of the mainstream comprehensives would be fine and have dismissed the idea of a dyslexia specialist secondary. Does anyone have any personal experience of how SEN is actually dealt with at any of these schools? Thanks in advance
