My DS (10) has just been diagnosed ASD, he also has some PDA traits but these only manifest at home.
He is currently at an independent school but will be moving to secondary school next September. The HT at his school has indicated that he is academically very able and has recommended a few senior schools within the independent sector. We have also registered him for the Kent Test but haven't had a chance to look around any of the Grammar schools in Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells area.
Wondered if anyone has experience of children with ASD at The Judd, Skinners, TWBGS and how successful they've found the placement in terms of emotional and academic support.
