could you look at rachel madocks school? its for autistic children or children with other learning difficulties (like SLCN). They have a speech and language therapist to help the kids onsite x

Hi Lara,

I'm based in Petersfield too. My son attends Riverside Special school in Waterlooville. It's not private but excellent and my son is now in year 4.

I'm assuming from the heading you are looking a private school? Is he currently in a state school? Does he have a EHCP?

I know a few schools I could recommend but it would mean a bit of travel. We looked also, I am more than happy to offer some advice.

Gem x

It may be too far but St Catherine’s in Ventnor Isle of Wight. Worth considering for the future depending on how KS2 goes. My son was there for 8 years it’s amazing
