No School named in Tribunal Appeal

Anyone started an appeal and the LA not named their school or sent in any evidence, even as the hearing approached?

It's not unknown. When is your hearing? Have you identified a school?

Our LA started off with the name of a school and then just before the hearing, just had a type of school. I asked the Tribunal for a Direction for them to name a school, so we could know what provision there would be, for us to argue against versus our choice of school.
