Ds1 will be 13 next month. He is currently on the waiting list for as ASD assessment, he also suffers from anxiety . This week has been completely out of routine. Snow and school closures have meant no way of knowing of what each day brings. He has found this hard and has been very short tempered with me and his brother. On the first day we went sledging, which he enjoyed for a bit, but when he saw some friends he got very sulky and took himself to a spot on his own . I gave him some time but when I did goto ask if he wanted to come back to the hill or go home he just screamed at me. That has been typical of the last few days. Today he didn't want to come out at all and was very short and shou ty.
So, is this due to issues with poss as d or because he is nearly 13 and hormonal?. I do know he has difficulties with unknowns and changes in routine but never knows if i excuse teenage behaviour because of that.i

This probably makes no sense so thank you to anyone who is still reading !Any thoughts very wrlcome.
