Bruern Abbey for girls?

My DD in Year 4 has just been diagnosed with dyslexia and we can see that although she is very able generally this is beginning to hold her back. She is getting some help at her current school but I looking at what other options there are.

Bruern Abbey looks like a great option (if she wasn't a girl!), does anyone know of a girls or co-ed school that offer something similar to Bruern Abbey?

Hi mjm

My son is at Bruern. I am not sure that there is a direct comparison for girls. I would suggest that you look at the "crested" website - that has the schools which have been approved and will give you a good idea of the ones to look at. Good luck!

@mjm7 Did you find anything? We are in a similar situation and many of the smaller dyslexia specialists schools don’t offer boarding and we live too far away from them.
