The Ed Psych says DS2 is at or above peer level on alla ctivities
yet baseline assessments ays he cannt do anything in his age category bar jigsaws, and cannot do many things in the 18 - 2 and 2 - 3 year old categories?
he is 3.5
I know the answer (LEA funding) but how can a child who apparently cannot take instructions of ANY kid, stay dry or ask for toilet, copy, sit, play even alone, listen to a story of 3 - 4 minutes, understand 15 verbs, understand any adjectives, play any imaginative play, show sympathy ot join in a playing group etc etc etc start school in September?? Without support?? Yet this is what they asked of him (I am either getting support or he starts a year late- July baby)
And the school he will satrt begins readinga nd writing on day one
