Soiling in older children, especially those with challenging behaviour

That's it really, anyone with experience with older (10+) children with soiling problems??

have seen many professionals over the yrs, but no diagnosis of anything yet-no testing done either (other than chromosomes which showed a "non significant abnormality on x") have finally got an apt with a dr ive been trying to see for 5yrs now, few more months waiting but hopefully it will be worth it to see what this person says.

No physical problems in dc- we have been down the movicol route, toileting routine's, rewards/punishments etc etc, dc is not constipated.

Im interested to hear from other parents where soiling has gone hand in hand with challenging behaviour.
