Tribunal appeal caused LA to change decision to award Statement

After many months of battling, form-filling and waiting, Merton LA have finally overturned their original decision and agreed to issue my son's Statement.

My son is 5 and started Reception in September, so we can now begin to work forward to getting him the help he needs.

Without wishing to boast at our good fortune, I do hope that this may provide some comfort to this in a similar situation that 'miracles' do happen.

I am a nanny and my bosses had to take the LA to court to get the full statement for their son, needless to say the full statement was awarded with a full apology. Well done on being awarded!
