Short notice Meeting with LEA including their solicitor without mine present for tommorrow?

Just got a call for the lEA re emergency meeting with LEA psych and solictor (as we are going to tribunal) to discuss DC school choice and suitability. Now short notice - dont even know what to do or say there. Not sure my solicitor can make the meeting either as it is short notice - should have been at the end of the month - but changed. Now wondering is there some game playing here. What can i do if my solicitor cannot make the meeting - i am not confident enough to argue my case let alone know if the wools are pulled over my eyes. At the moment, we dont have a school - arranged to visit a school before the previous date now date has been changed - we cannot get school visit at short notice. Anyone sugget what to do in a metting with LEA Ed Pysch and LEA solicitor if my solicitor cannot make the meeting.

Post on sn children, it gets more traffic. Ive never been in your position but wld be inclined to refuse to be pushed into earlier meeting, if they are lawyered up then reasonable for your sol to be present too!
