Submitted Scotts schedule a few weeks ago and was supposed to receive a response as a statement & admission / denial of allegations on SS table by 4pm latest a few days ago. Response was to be sent to myself and the court by this date via email.
I have emailed the court who haven't responded to me as of yet, should I be worried?
What happens if my ex partner doesn't respond at all? Surely this delays matters the DRA is in 2 weeks. If he has made allegations against me, I need time to respond and show my innocence.
