Sorry @beautifulnightmare I hadn't seen your reply. No, I couldn't find anyone IRL. There are affordable online tutors at http://www.preply.com and http//www.italki.com - hope you find someone for your kids there.

Look up City of Leicester College (or another similar college near you) and email their A Level Punjabi tutors to ask for their private tutoring rates. I wouldn’t trust someone I find entirely online

Another site I found is www.smile4kids.co.uk but I've not used. There were good reviews in a group I'm on in Facebook
