Just wondered if you anyone wound be up for a meal planning/inspo thread?
I quite often make western food with an Asian twist or then some sort of middle Eastern inspired tagine/stew. Anyone care to join in and provide support when it comes to the dreaded what shall we eat tonight question?
I'm happy to go first.
Monday, we will make chicken curry with potatoes served with rice.
Tuesday, I'll make a shashuka with beef sucuk, a type of beef sausage.
Weds, it'll be mango chicken wings with chips and broccoli.
That's all I've managed so far..
