Play dates

Hello, just looking for a bit of perspective.

(hope I don’t offend anyone)

I don’t really want to go in to it as it’s really outing but are you ok with your dds (5-7) going to a white Christian house hold for a play date by themselves? We’re really struggling for play dates 😩

Im the mum of the Christian child.

My DD is 8 but yeah of course! We live in a majority white area and she has had play dates with her friends since starting school.

What has your experience been?

Having said that when she was 5 I'd probably stay for a cuppa while she played. Solo play dates started around 6/7 ish.

We are struggling a bit. Very friendly at school gate but not keen on house play dates. I can’t bear play areas so might just need to suck it up!
