Unable to concentrate

Hi my son is really really struggling to concentrate at the moment going in to year 10 in September so very important 2 years. We have started the adhd process but obviously that is going to take a while. Any recommendations for natural aids etc to help him concentrate? Thanks

Is he willing to try things like exercise and meditation? They aged often used by people either ADHD to try and regulate.
