Is self-employment realistic while parenting two children under three?

Is it realistic to attempt to be self-employed whilst parenting two under-3? What do other self-employed mums do?

i was self employed and it was hard. I managed but felt like I was always trying to put DD down so I could work, the moment she would fall asleep I’d be trying to put her down and I felt like I couldn’t really enjoy her as much as I would have liked to
