Business resolutions for 2026?

Our bricks and mortar art gallery has grown 30% from last year (when we opened).

Time to think about the 2026 business plan.

I'm hoping to make some online sales every month.

I've decided not to use online market places like Etsy, but to use our own website more. Current site does have shopping cart capability.

Not setting a monetary value, but in the medium term we would like it to match our physical sales.

Managed to get my TikTok account through the business registration process, so can now have link in bio.

What are your 2026 goals?

my goals are to keep my motivation going, and to, like you, focus on my own website. My business is more a hobby, on Etsy, and I am pleased with recent results. I’m sure a ‘proper business’ wouldn’t be impressed, but I now have enough to re invest in website/ stock, so I’m very pleased.
my main goal is to be earning enough to astonish patronizing relative, who views me as just a dull housewife.
I know I’m petty but it would be VERY nice!

We are nearly at the end of Christmas eve in our shop. Been a great month for Sales. Jan of course will be dead. Big plans for looking more at online.
