Over stimulated Mums on the edge

I work 121 with mums on the edge and I've really noticed too many women self sabotaging themselves.

I want to know why we self sabotage, I used to do it so I could feel a bit like a Martyr but I don't think that's the case for everyone...

Any ideas?

I own a wellness centre in Oxford and I'm always so sad to see how stressed and unwell mums are at this time of year and I'm really advising them to reduce the pressure and the idea of perfection.

Well I’m one of them! So stressed and exhausted!

Self employed mum of small DC here and I'm definitely stressed and it's absolutely making me unwell.

I would love to lower my standards but if I did, my wonderful DC would be left without a Christmas celebration. I do a good 95% of the planning, doing, stressing etc about Xmas. DH just doesn't engage with getting sh*t done but that's a rant for another day.

I figure I can sleep when I retire.

I'm a mum of 2, my oldest being 3. And it's tough, I'm trying to start from the beginning with my career and honestly without a college education it's been difficult to the point I'm so so stressed all of the time.

Moneys tight and days are long, i just want to know really how other mums are doing this? I'm only 23 but I feel like my times up already.
