Anyone make and sell candles?

Over the years I’ve made my own candles and now thinking of selling online. Yep, I know there are many people out there doing the same thing, but I just would like to give it a go.

Do you make your own candles? How is it going?

My friend does. She started out going to fairs and selling there and had a little website. She's now teamed up with another lady who makes and sells other items such as cups, badges, bags etc. They now have a little shop. Think it's going well 👍

It's not as easy as people think to make good candles.
It's not a case of putting oil, wax and wick together. Every fragrance oil could need a different wick. There's months of testing for each oil, wick and container combination.
You need to adhere to strict safety guidelines, and know about CLP labelling requirements.
