Any property let limited companies on here?

Hello, my sister has recently separated from her husband and has been given a large lump sum which she's looking at setting up a property lettings company. She isn't on here, but I'm just wondering if this is a good investment with her money? She doesn't have any qualifications and she's really hoping that this will be a career for her as she is unable to work full time.

@Wickerbasketwoman Lettings Company Director here, been in the industry 35 + years. It's a tough industry to start cold, she could buy a franchise which would give the back up support she would need. It is a full time, long hours job with a lot of regulation. Maybe try a role in the industry first, as a trainee lettings negotiator or property administrator ?
