Locally you should be able to find a local infrastructure organisation (an umbrella body that supports local vcse sector). They can usually provide advice about legal structures for charities/social enterprises - you should be able to locate your nearest on this map

I looked at the map but I’m in Scotland, so nothing from that map there. Is there anything similar in Scotland.

Scotland is a whole different corporate law system - www.mygov.scot/social-enterprise

from the Scottish government website I found just enterprise, so I’ve booked a 1 to 1 support session for tomorrow, so I can get some advice.
