Have you used a virtual assistant?

I am just wondering if anyone has used a virtual assistant before?

I am self employed and currently hiring staff as my workload has increased. More staff means more work will be done which means more admin for me.

Someone mentioned they are going to get a virtual assistant and I wonder if anyone has used one and what type of tasks you give them to do?

Also do you have the same person all the time so they can learn your job?

I'm on the other side of this as I am a virtual assistant! I offer a few different services - inbox/email management, social media support, data entry, blog writing and bookkeeping. It's only me, so it's the same person all the time but some virtual assistants are super busy so outsource work to associates but you'd usually still have one point of contact and likely would meet the VA that would complete the tasks.

It all depends on what support you need - I know VAs who do graphic design work, set up databases from scratch, build websites etc.

If you want to PM me what services you're after, I'm more than happy to discuss how I can help 😊

I have one. It takes a little while to get up and running but it's very helpful. Mine does some meeting management, expenses tracking, and a lot of project and data management on various clients I work with.
