Becoming self employed working in property

I'm looking for ideas on what my strengths would be for setting up a business.

I have worked in property since I left school, estate agencies, then residential lettings management and now in sales for self catering holidays, my role is helping people set up a new holiday let. I have done this for 7 years and I earn a good wage but I no longer feel like I am getting personal growth.

I have thought about a property staging business but I'm not sure the demand is there, as I have a passion for home furnishings and I think I have a good eye.

I'd love to know anyones thoughts.

You Sound like you have great sales experience, could you do something around that? Like consulting as a business development manager?

I don’t think the market for staging homes as reached this part of the world yet unless your in London and working with the big spenders.
