Do you post on Instagram every day?

I'm finding it so difficult but do see much better traction when I do.

Not every day as I don't want people to get sick of the sight of my products but I do post frequent stories probably x4 a week and 3 or 4 posts on the grid per week

Instagram has gone completely down the pan lately. Due to whatever algorithm changes they have had. I think long term it is going the same way Facebook did. They just want to make money at the end of the day.

I'm selling a service not a product and try and post five times a week.

You could always plan all your content on say Sunday. Make all your posts and save them as drafts and then just post them during the week. Or there are apps you can use to set timers that will post your posts at the set time.

@justasmalltownmum yeh I did a webinar with pretty little marketer and I really saw the value of scheduling posts. So I use later now.
