Price on flyers/business cards?

Have started a cleaning company, have a few clients through word of mouth but need to drum up some more.
Am getting some flyers printed but not sure whether to put my hourly rate on them?
My husband said it would put him off if it wasn't on there and he wouldn't bother calling. My argument is that you can get more money per hour from people un more affluent areas.
What do others do/think?

I wouldn’t- then you have freedom to flex prices depending on travel time/ area/ length of job etc. and you can use them for longer!
Have you tried local fb pages/ next door etc?

I'm a self employed carer and I don't put prices on mine either so I know exactly where you're coming from.

I always google their house to see how much it's worth and then decide my rates Grin

What about putting a price range so the potential customers know roughly how much they can expect to pay? I like having an idea of the prices a business charges. Good luck with your new business!
