How to recruit someone for a small business

Hi everyone,
I'd like to find someone to work with some of my clients as some of the demand cannot be met by myself entirely. I made the grave mistake of working with a close friend who was highly qualified for the role and it's cost us our friendship. We are still on talking terms but very uncomfortable.

I'd like to employ a graduate with a specific degree.
The only place that comes to mind is indeed. Com.
Any suggestions?
