I have experience of doing B2Ls and have always toyed with the idea of taking on a bigger project. I currently work in a senior role, and would love to break away from corporate life.
Just conscious that with the various changes over the years, and changes within the housing market, is there still an opportunity to make money as a small to medium size property developer? ....
Also, what strategy has worked for you. Buying, and renting out properties or buying, refurbish and selling or another approach. Would love to hear your experiences, and things you’ve learnt along the way.
