Online Catalog?

I want my customers to be able to view my products on a website, but then contact me directly to order (as they already do)

So I’m thinking what I need is some sort of online catalog where they can view the products, but with no check out function.

Any ideas of a place I can create this?

You will need a domain and some webspace. There are many companies where you can create a very simple basic off the shelf website without expertise but dont have to add a payment function to make it a full ecommerce website.
