Question about accountancy fees for partnership

My husband would like to start a business partnership which is a web design consultancy business in the UK in his name. The prospective business partners (founder and co-founder) are based oversees. He would like to get an idea of the cost of accountancy fees for drafting a partnership agreement in the UK. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of this? it would be appreciated.
