Hi all, DD2 due in a couple of weeks and I'm hoping to get a sling sorted to use from birth. I'm don't drive so it's to make catching the bus a bit easier or for when I need to take DD1 in the buggy (long walks etc).
Which did you use? Why are you recommending them?or was there a type that you used that I should avoid? And why?
Thank you!

Thanks for your reply, I will have a look into the ones you recommend. Are they better for newborns? Or will they last until the baby is a bit older? (Say 9ish months)

I just bought one of these which is gorgeous. Every bit of the quality of Moby or Kari Me but cheaper and funkier!

I'll also be using a ring sling for when I want something I can whip on and off easier and on hot days. So far I have a Freedom unpadded a Zolowear cotton and a Zolowear silk brocade

Ive got the close carrier which is dead easy to use as no ties. I used fom newborn to 10mth, then moved onto pouch/mei tai/ring sling.

Sabe wraps are really great
I had one from my son being newborn up to 15 months old, The fabric is nicer than a moby and not as stretch so the baby feels more secure and snug
Would definitely recommend them - the quality is also superb. The reason why they are cheap is clear to see on their website - their ethic is all about making babywearing affordable - they dont have a big mark up on their products.... they arent all about profit which is great to see!!
