Has anyone hired a sling to try out ?

I previously had a close but sold it as my lo was getting to big for it and I didn't feel very comfortable in it (as I am very petite).

Asked for advice on mumsnet before but can't decide what to buy. Will go for a soft structured carrier but don't know which one. Was thinking of hiring one for a fortnight and see how it is.

Has anyone used a hiring website online for hire of any sling and if so were they good, any problems. I don't want to pay out to much for the deposit - any advice appreciated. If I were to hire one - which is the best type to try.
