Will a black sling be too hot in summer?

Am going to invest in a sling for new baby, and want a practical colour like black or navy so I won't have to wash it every 5 mins. Have never used one before and am wondering if I/baby might get too hot being wrapped up in black or navy cotton over the summer months?

Suggestions for good colours to get most welcome - ta.

i got a green one, i figured black or navy might show the sick too much!

I've had a couple of black slings, and didn't think that they were particularly hotter than any other of my slings. It's good to choose a sling colour that goes with most of your wardrobe though
