BabyBjörn back Carry - anyone else struggling?

I love my BabyBjörn one. Or I did. I've tried to carry my weighty 1 year old on my back- really awkward! My boobs are squashed, I have to lean forward and it feels like he's really sagging down!

Anyone had more success?
