Best sling or carrier for newborn? (cheap!)

I have a three week old baby, and a four year old. The baby doesn't like to be put down and I was thinking a sling might help for the nursery run and to let me get some jobs done round the house. He's 10lb and I don't expect I'll use it much past the newborn stage.

I don't have much to spend but have a boots voucher so looking to get one from there or cheap as possible. I don't fancy the wrap style ones.

Any recommendations?

Stretchy wraps are actually pretty easy to use. You can tie it on and then pop baby in and out as needed. Relatively faff free and keeps baby nice and close and snug.

DH wasn't happy with using one, though, so we bought a Beco Gemini as you can use it from newborn and DD was very happy in it. Not necessarily 'cheap', but you might be able to get a used on via the FB pages or online.
