Don't feel comfortable/secure with sling....can you recommend soft carrier for newborn - 6 months?

After about 6 months hoping to put dc2 in her sisters stroller.

What about a conecta?
We used a stretchy wrap when very small, but recently hired a conecta for our holidays, and it was fab. Most of the flexibility of an unstructured wrap, but with the ease of buckles to put it on.

Oh, or an ergo also gets positive reviews

Wouldn't get an Ergo for first six months, especially with a summer baby as it gets very hot.

Agree a Connecta is a good bet. Or a lightweight stretchy wrap like the Hana Baby, Boba, or Wrapsody stretch. Or an adjustable mei tai like the Hoppediz Hop Tye. Really? Am nervous about slings and wraps....want something structured with buckles etc.
