When do you start putting legs out for a newborn?

Dd is 3wo. It feels like she's starting to sink a bit. Her legs are uncurled now. I have a stretchy wrap. Thanks

i had legs out from birth because none of my babies would sit froggy properly, they kept pushing their legs down!
