Hi
I'd love to extend walks without need of a pushchair with our DS aged 3.
It seems hard to find options that carry a child 15kg+
I like the look of the vaude koala child carrier www.vaude.com/epages/Vaude-de.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Vaude/Products/11084/SubProducts/110843000
But has any one got any feedback from it
And.. Any other tips for other products out there?
Ta

I haven't seen the Vaude one in person but looking at it I can't see how it would be comfy for either parent or child. It looks like much of the weight sits on the parents shoulders (and you really need to transfer a lot to torso/hips with a heavy child) and the seat is so narrow that the childs legs would dangle rather than holding them in a supported sitting position.

I agree with the previous poster - Rose and Rebellion preschool size or preschool Kinderpack all the way. I prefer the Kinderpack personally (also like that you can get strap adjusters as an option on newer models that turn it from standard straps to petite, which means it fits both me and DH well). But the R&R is made in the UK so quicker to get hold of.
