I have a boba that i use in all weathers and i need a waterproof preferably fleece lined cover. My LO is 28months old and hes kinda tall too so i'd need something with the length to cover his legs. Does anyone have experience with weather cover for non-commercial carriers? Everyone has been giving me advice for baby bjorns n whatnot...

There are a few different types - some on sale here

I haven't tried them all though so don't know which come up longest (some tend not to be as good for older ones....but the people at the site above are very helpful so you could always email them and ask)

I have the Hoppediz 3 in one cover (on pootlebugs link). It is long (76cm plus 8cm or so of collar). It's has a draw string around the edge to pull it in.

I've been please with it, I sling for the school run so we are out in all weathers, the rain bit or the fleece bit work well on their own. I have a range of jackets that I wear over the top so we are pretty snug.

Okay thanks, I contacted a seller via email and apparently the MAM covers and hoppediz ones will fit him quite snug. So I went for a hoppediz :D just waiting for it to arrive any day now
