How exactly do you get baby into a Baby Bjorn?

Am I the only person who finds it really difficult and stressful to get baby into a Baby Bjorn? Does anyone have any advice? I have managed it once, and am desperate to get more stuff done around the house. Have just tried again and really upset her. I have a 5 week old roughly 10 lb, her neck is getting strong. Any tips gratefully received!

They aren't the best carrier in the world, so she may just find it a little uncomfy.

Any chance you could get hold of a stretchy wrap? It'll be much more comfortable for you both, particularly as she gets bigger.

I've got a Moby wrap but to be honest I find that just as if not more difficult, also has the added disadvantage of trailing all over the floor when you are trying to get it on. I suppose it is just practice with all of these things.

I had been hoping to find a Youtube demonstration of the Baby Bjorn ... only found people demonstrating with empty carrier or doll.

I used to lie it flat with the leg holes fastened, buckle her in and one side of harness then put on and fasten other side.
