DD2 is 6 weeks & currently wanting to sleep only on me at the moment. she falls asleep on the breast. i have a close carrier but it is a faff to put on. is there a better sling which is less disturbing to put on?

Ooh, like the look of the coorie. i actually have a freedom sling somewhere from dd1 but never really figured out the best way to wear it.

Going to order a coorie tonight unless anyone else has any suggestions?

Ah this was me. I got tired of having to choose between awake baby and burst bladder and was going to invest in a podegai but kind of figured out a way to bodge a mei tai to do the same. (Sort of temporarily tie it like a pod, then do up the bottom straps, then re-tie the top straps). It did the job but was never a satisfactory fit when tied in this way - so it let me go to the loo but a bit of a pain if I then wanted to go out of the house with sleeping baby in not-properly-tied sling.

Going to try an onbuhimo this time around - and if that doesn't work, a podegai, or make sure I always have one pre-tied (ha, ha)

Good luck!
