Gift for someone on SW

My colleague is on SW and trying hard to keep on track. It’s her birthday and we usually do a bottle of wine and chocolates type gift. I wondered if there were SW “treats” I could get her that would still keep her on plan? I did SW myself many years ago so my knowledge will be out of date. Are those “skinny whip” bars still decent? What would you like as a SW friendly present?

Fruit basket?

It’s years since I did SW as I live overseas now, but their website used to be quite informative back in my day.

Just wanted to add what a thoughtful friend you are.

Yes the skinny bars are still good, or Iceland do the hifi bars and there's lots of lovely flavours of those. I'd also second a fruit basket as an alternative, or flowers

Personally I'd avoid a food gift in general and think of something that could help distract from food?

A book voucher, or a crochet starty kit with a cute soft toy to make. Lego. Sorta things that keep the hands busy.

Or flowers. Basically something non-edible!

etsy does bouquets of the hi fi and possibly other snack bars to I think.

SW also does vouchers as well I believe or there is their magazine subscription.
