Small Christmas gifts

My neighbours are doing Slimming World and lost a lot of weight. I usually give them booze/ chocs/ biscuits. Obviously don't want to tempt too much or give something they wouldn't enjoy.

What can I get? Any healthy but treat-y foods/ drinks?

Cheese and crackers? Out in a nice gift bag with a pot of chutney. They can weigh it out for slimming world if they want, but to be fair it's Christmas so calories don't count!

How about a Christmas plant in a pot or basket of flowers instead?

Yeah, but I don't think my male neighbour (70) will really enjoy it. He does enjoy growing veggies. Maybe a big bag of horse manure!

Manure is a great pressie, if A - you can find some that's matured or he has the space to mature it himself

How about some heritage seeds? Cheap pressies, but dear when it comes to seed buying
