I used to make egg muffins, 4 eggs, 300g cottage cheese, then add whatever protein & veg I wanted, bacon, onion & tomato or smoked salmon trimmings, onion &dill, I sometimes did veggie ones with broccoli, asparagus etc, season well with herbs, garlic, salt & pepper, put in muffic cases & cook until golden & set, they freeze well & can be warmed up in the airfryer.

I also made SW potted meat, a can of corned beef, a can of stewed beef, a can of mushrooms blended together, can have things like garlic, herbs & spices added, fill ramekins & either chill or freeze, delicious on toast like pate. I've even added black pudding for extra flavour.

Other than that I ate tons of cottage cheese, added cucumber, onion, peppers, tomatoes, smoked salmon, prawns, whatever I had in the fridge & always had a big bowl of pasta salad with fat free dressing for when I couldn't be bothered to cook or made home made crisps with finely sliced potato crisped up in the microwave then salted or adding onion or garlic salt to dip in Hellmans fat free thousand islands or garlic & herbs dressing.

Chicken fillets , cottage cheese , fat free greek yoghurt, baby bell lights, fruit

I tend not to really snack, I eat meals but if Ive no time to sit and eat those are the things I would reach for

I tend to snack on babybels, carrots, crab/seafood sticks, boiled eggs. Trying to find some low to no syn snacks as this change in weather, temperature and daylight has got me reaching for the snack cupboard in the evenings and I need some inspiration for a healthier choice. I don’t really want fruit as I eat that for breakfast and lunch.

I know it's obvious but fruit, I wasn't a fruit fan before but now I'm in the routine that when I'm hungry I have a satsuma or an apple, 30g of cheese (healthy A) and 15 cashew nuts (healthy B)

I keep it simple. Mullerlight yogurts, low syn and easy. Options hot chocolate for sweet cravings. Babybel Light or ham slices when I want savoury. Apples with a bit of cinnamon help too when I just want something crunchy.
