It's my turn to host a monthly girls' get-together meet this Friday and this is usually a night totally off plan that really isn't helping my weight loss so keen to provide a low/no syn spread that those not on SW won't feel cheated by or weirded out (so no mini omlettes or weetabix cake) ! I have zero willpower when it comes to this sort of food so just avoiding the bad stuff or eating beforehand isn't the answer😊I will be drinking so want to use my syns for this and not go completely mad.
Usual spread would be cheese, chutneys, biscuits, cheese straws, nuts, dips & crisps, chocolates. What can I provide instead?
