I have tried SW previously but with not much success, I would like to try again because I like the idea of eating more whole foods, cooking from scratch and no calorie counting, I don't like the idea so much of low fat foods, being able to eat unlimited amounts of pasta, I know this doesn't work for me, but I do want to try again with success, any ideas and advice on what I need to focus on to make it work for me!
