Hi!
I have gradually become bigger and bigger and have had absolutely zero motivation to get my (fat) arse into gear and sort it.
I'm sleeping rubbish, eating rubbish, binging, drinking too much at the weekend, eating massive portions, eating beige..basically you name it and I'm doing it.
Tried on some summer dresses and looked hideous so I've decided now is the time, I've done slimming world before and it does work for me and I know the plan.
I have started today.
Size 20, haven't weighed myself but I reckon 18/19stone.
Please help me with accountability and if anyone else is doing it would love a SW buddy.
I have a big event on the 14th June I would love to be feeling happier and looking better for, that's my first goal.

I'm late 30s with 4 kids, work pt so quite busy but ironically love cooking just have got into some very bad habits.

Let's go!

I'll join you. How have your first few days been? I used to follow SW a few years ago but struggled to stick with it once I got to target weight. I had first child a year ago and weight has crept up to around 81kg, would like to be 70kg. In my head I'm eating healthily but when I think it through I eat a lot - I have a big appetite! And I like carbs, lots of carbs!

I love carbs too!!
I managed really well through the week, actually enjoyed being back on a plan and found the meals easy to adapt. Its made me realise how much rubbish I've been snacking on and how little fruit and veg I've been eating.
The weekend was slightly tricky, it all went to pot on Friday night and I drove past a McDonald's and got a burger and then Saturday I was out and being fed by friends and they had done white bread sandwiches and a bit of booze, lovely but not on plan!! However didnt go.mad like I would usually have done and I had a 4lb loss which I'll take.
Back on it today and have done a meal plan and slimming world friendly food shop.
Let me know how you get on xxx
