I would like to lose some weight but do not have the capacity to make lots of changes all at once (full time job, studying, 3dc incl one autistic dd with food issues). So I am starting very slow with the aim of making one small change each week.
I've just finished week 1 and my aim was to work out what my average daily syns are in a week if I made almost no effort. It was roughly 38 per day 😳
This week I'm planning on replacing wine at the weekend with something lower syn. Then next week I will make another small change etc.

Has anyone else had any success with this approach? And what small changes have other people found helpful?

Ditching cups of tea and bread made a huge difference for me, tea usually being accompanied by biscuit(sssss!!) and bread usually being first of all so moreish - one never enough for me - but also accompanied by butter.
I have ginger & lemon tea which doesn't leave me wanting a biscuit. Eggs are a staple to replace bread for meals.
Good luck! You sound like you're being very realistic in your busy routine.
I lost 2 stone in 12 weeks before Christmas and it was down to being kinder to myself/more realistic and more forgiving of slip ups.
Oh! And the Slimming World app to log every bite as you go is recommended. I lose track very easily otherwise! 😂
