Bio & Me Oats and Plenty - How many syns??

Per serving is 211 calories per 50g. . Do I count this as a healthy B??

That particular one doesn’t seem to be on the app unfortunately. Healthy bs are usually 40 or 45g and around 140 calories but need to have a certain amount of fibre which I’m not sure what it is, you could submit the details on slimming world website and see. Or just use your judgment and have 40g for a healthy b choice lol
